I’m finally back from a few [very much needed] days off! Sickness seemed to visit this household and decided to enjoy the holidays with us. However, it didn’t really put a damper on our festivities. Thank goodness.
Hope everyone’s holiday included making memories with family and friends and, of course, tasting too many delicious recipes that seem to only make an appearance during this season. [A terrible shame. Already working on a plot for a few special appearances throughout the year.] I know we had our fair share and then some! And it will be sure to continue into the following week – Eeee!!
Speaking of next week, I cannot believe how fast this year flew by. I know, it’s a common occurrence and a saying that everyone seems to be saying this week, but it just baffles me that it feels like the years just go faster and faster as we get older. UGH. Stop. It.
