Welcome to another week, friends! This will be a quick post, but I definitely wanted to share words + wishes for the week.
Action for the week: wake up with a great thought to start your day off right and carry it with you the whole day. Remember the authority of this thought, the power it can possess and the reality that the day can be better because you simply want it to be.
Go and do it!
I was happy with my wishes for last week and definitely want to contribute on a semi-regular basis. Might not happen every week, but it’s a great time to reflect on past events and what was accomplished. Love me a list and will always love challenging myself. Who doesn’t? +get to running! First 5K is around the corner and definitely want to be mentally {if I can’t be physically} prepared – especially if it’s going to be in the 20’s! – Continuing to run, getting hard with the cold but I’ll keep with it.
+make coffee at home every morning. Check!
+breath and enjoy the first week of December! Holiday kick-off! Check and check!
+take time for professional development. I’ve slacked on reading my dailies for marketing as well as talking to a few others in my field and my mentor. This week, I will dedicate some time to regroup and learn a few new things.
+devote a few hours for personal reflection.
+try a pinterest recipe for dinner. I spend all that time pinning – I need to make more of the things I pin!
